Job Responsibilities

The tasks will include administration within security protection with a focus on personnel and training. You will, for example, work with training administration such as participant lists and room bookings.

The assignment may also include work with the following:

• managing administrative routines
• planning and coordinating
• working according to established routines
• being an operational support for the organization
• drafting letters, minutes, documentation, etc.
• handling recurring tasks (e.g., copying, sorting, and mail handling)
• assisting and providing service to one or more persons (e.g., a manager or a department)
• managing many contacts with employees and the public
• performing simple calculations, summaries, and diagrams
• making calendar bookings, meeting bookings
• conducting travel planning.

We are looking for someone who has

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• At least one (1) year of work experience in similar work
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.

You are offered

A consulting assignment with a scope that can vary between 50% - 100% starting immediately and lasting for 6 months. Placement in central Stockholm on Banérgatan. You will be employed by Jurek Talents AB and leased to our client.
