Right now, Bemanningscentralen in Finspång municipality is looking for two new employees for the short-term pool within the elderly care services.

The function of the short-term pool is to cover for the regular staff's short-term absence, which means you will work in several different units within the municipality's services.

We can offer you a fun and varied job in elderly care in Finspång where no day is the same. You will have the opportunity to work where you are most needed for the day, which may be in home care, short-term housing, or special housing. It is a flexible job as you will work in different locations in the central area as well as in our outlying areas Hällestad and Rejmyre. You will work independently but have a wonderful group of colleagues in the short-term pool to rely on.

For those working in the short-term pool, we offer, in addition to the base salary, a flexibility supplement of 1150 SEK. If you are booked for our outlying areas, you will also receive mileage compensation.

You have the opportunity to influence how you want to work as we have flexible schedules based on the staffing needs of the services.

Your future tasks

When you work in the short-term pool, your task is to cover for the regular staff's short-term absence. Therefore, you will provide support to the elderly care clients where you are needed for the day.

The working hours are scheduled during days and evenings, Monday to Sunday. You can expect to work every other weekend. The job may involve working at more than one workplace during a shift, as you will work where you are most needed.

In the short-term pool, you really have the opportunity to focus on the people you are there for in the services!

Who are you?

If you want to work in the short-term pool in elderly care, you need to have a care and nursing education or work experience that the employer assesses as equivalent.

We are looking for someone who sees opportunities in changes and can adapt to changing conditions. You are responsible and have the ability to independently structure and drive your work forward while maintaining effective work despite setbacks. In stressful situations, you remain calm and stable and maintain a realistic perspective. You are attentive, have good communication skills, and can work with different people in your environment. Furthermore, you have a good service mindset and can empathize with others' perspectives.

For all positions, a B driver's license is required, as well as access to your own car since you will need to use it in your work. It is important that you have good computer skills and can express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish.
