Job responsibilities

As a customer service representative for our clients, you will be responsible for handling and administering incoming cases via phone and email. Your task is to find the right solution for the customer, and you will then administer the cases in the business system. You will work together with colleagues in the same role as you, where collaboration is a significant part of your work. The role may also include sales in the form of upselling. You will be offered an introduction to create an understanding of the company's working methods and systems.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Completed high school education
• You speak and write fluently in Swedish, and you have good knowledge of English
• Previous work experience in customer service or other customer-facing roles is an advantage
