In the role of traffic administrator, you will be part of our client's administrative team to support the organization. Your tasks will include handling freight documents, streamlining flow management, planning transports, and checking invoices against customers and suppliers. You will also have daily contact with internal and external customers/suppliers via email and phone. Our client is a leading company in transport and is located in Torsvik, Jönköping.

The position means that you will be employed by StudentConsulting and hired as a consultant to our client company. The assignment is expected to start immediately and will last until spring 2026, with good opportunities for extension.

To thrive in the role of traffic administrator, we prefer that you have work experience in logistics/administration. You should have good computer/system skills, and if you have previously worked in any business system, it is highly advantageous.

As a person, we would like you to have good analytical skills and be creative in your work approach. You are a solution-oriented person who is meticulous and values structure and focus in your daily work. Furthermore, you have a high sense of service and feel comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
