About the role

We are looking for a driven and engaged People & Culture Coordinator. Here you will play a key role in driving our growth by attracting, recruiting, and developing our employees.

You will be part of a small but dedicated P&C team where we collaborate closely with the business and have significant ownership over our processes. The role suits you if you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where ideas become reality and where you have room to develop alongside the company.

You will work with:

• Independently drive recruitment processes for staff roles (e.g., tech, sales, customer service, finance, and marketing)
• Search, selection, interviews, and candidate communication
• Employer branding - contribute to and drive initiatives that strengthen Zendr's brand as an employer
• Be involved in developing routines, processes, and systems within People & Culture
• Collaborate closely with managers and employees throughout the organization

About you

We are looking for someone who has:

• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably for staff profiles
• A degree in human resources or equivalent
• Experience in independently driving recruitment processes from start to finish
• Excellent ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English

It is a plus if you have:

• Experience in tech recruitment
• Worked with Teamtailor and Fortnox
• Experience from a start-up or scale-up
• Previously worked with employer branding or HR process development
