About the Role As an accountant at Tosito, you will be part of an engaged team that works closely with the business. Traditional accounting tasks are mixed with administrative duties related to the company's property portfolio. The team you will be part of consists of three people, and together you ensure that we have accurate figures on time. The role is broad and varied, where you will work with:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and accounting for several companies within the group.
• Supplier and customer invoices.
• Administration of issues related to property operations, such as rent invoicing, contract matters.
• VAT, taxes, and declarations.
• Participate in quarterly and annual financial statements as well as forecasting work.
• Improve and develop processes and routines.

Your Profile We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in economics and a few years of experience in similar tasks. You have good knowledge of the entire accounting flow and are used to working with bookkeeping, year-end closing, and reporting. You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, and you are digitally savvy in Excel and business systems, preferably Visma and Fortnox.

As we are a smaller team, it is important that you are a team player who is willing to help where needed, high or low, and contribute to good collaboration. You are meticulous, structured, and responsible with the ability to prioritize even when the pace varies. You have an analytical approach and can see details without losing the overall perspective. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
