As a salesperson with us, you have an independent role where you create and follow your own sales plan. You are driven and results-oriented; for you, it is natural to meet set goals — at least!

You are constantly finding new leads and opportunities. New customer sales are a proactive activity, and you plan and carry out both physical and digital customer visits yourself. You are also a star at further developing existing customer relationships through upselling. Being proactive, you gladly take the initiative and have the ability to create strong, long-term relationships with our customers.

The role also includes some administration related to sales work, such as quote management, contract management, and market processing. You participate in sales activities and various events such as networking meetings. Your curiosity is an asset as you actively look for new business opportunities for both your own and the company's development.

You will work with:

- Building your own sales pipeline through proactive lead generation - Conducting physical home visits - Independently planning sales with the support of “sales planning tools” - Proactive upselling to existing customers

We are looking for someone who is – HomeMaid is looking for someone with experience in proactive sales and who is driven to meet set goals. In your role, you need to have good communication and adaptability skills and be proactive and efficient in your way of working. To thrive in this role, it should come naturally for you to work structured in a high-paced environment without compromising on business professionalism. You need to be comfortable in customer dialogues and see it as a given to take the initiative for conversations and meetings. Furthermore, you have a curiosity that helps you identify new business opportunities that promote both your and the company's development. You are a good representative of the company through your positive attitude, reliability, and your ability to quickly instill confidence.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

- Experience in proactive sales - Good collaboration and communication skills - Good computer and system skills, preferably experience from LIME - Fluent Swedish and good knowledge in spoken and written English - Driver's license - Ability to work flexible hours

About the position

Mainly, your working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday. Travel and overnight stays occur, especially in connection with internal training.

The team currently consists of several internal officials, Salespeople, Team Leaders, and Service Assistants. Together, you work to become even – Better together.

Location: Home Office Jönköping

Employment: 100%, 6 months probationary period.
