Responsibilities
As an Account Manager at STRIHL, you will be the face of the company. You will work independently and relationship-building, with great freedom to manage your days and develop your market. The role involves a mix of existing customers and your own prospecting, where you actively seek new business opportunities and drive the sales process from first contact to closing.
The inside sales team supports you by preparing light calculations, simulations, and technical details, so that you can focus on customer dialogue and the overall business.
- Build and develop long-term customer relationships
- Prospecting, cold calling, meeting booking, and new customer acquisition
- Work strategically with sales across several decision-making levels
- Collaborate closely with inside sales on light calculations and solution proposals
Your district covers the east coast, from Norrköping in the north to Karlshamn in the south, and the role may also involve travel to other parts of Sweden. We prefer that you live in Jönköping or the surrounding area, but placement is flexible within the region. You will work from a home office and report directly to the CEO.

"A typical week, I am usually in the office on Mondays for meetings and check-ins with the rest of the sales team. The rest of the week, I am mainly out in the field for customer visits, project reviews, and on-site dialogues. In parallel, I have ongoing check-ins with inside sales, who support with light calculations and quotes. This allows me to focus on customer relationships, needs analysis, and driving the business forward.
We have a high ceiling and a culture where people support each other. Communication between departments runs smoothly and without unnecessary friction, which means things move quickly. You have freedom under responsibility and can plan your own week and take ownership of your results."
Your profile
We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people and is motivated to create and drive business. You have a technical interest and are curious to understand how our products create value for customers. To succeed, we see that you are self-reliant, fearless, and have a strong will to perform, while also being unpretentious and easy to collaborate with. If you have an established network within electrical installation, municipality, sports, or contracting in Jönköping, that is a clear plus. Sports background or experience in sales is also highly valued.
We believe you have:
- High school education
- Experience in sales and/or sports background
- Technical interest and willingness to learn products and systems
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Driver's license
