About the position

As a customer service representative, you will be the company's face to the outside world and responsible for providing professional support to customers via phone, email, or chat. The tasks may vary depending on the assignment, but often include answering questions, handling orders, solving problems, and providing advice on products or services.

You will be employed by Poolia and work as a consultant with one of our partners. We offer secure employment conditions, collective agreements, and a dedicated consulting team that supports you throughout the assignment.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer contact and has a positive, solution-oriented attitude. You are meticulous, communicative, and thrive in a role where you can work at a fast pace.

We would like you to have:

• Previous experience in customer service or service professions
• Good computer skills and an ability to learn new systems easily
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

As a person, you are reliable, flexible, and have an easy time collaborating with others. Most importantly, you have the desire to provide every customer with a truly great experience.
