LGT Logistics AB has over fifty years of experience in international furniture transportation to retail and is the first choice for the furniture industry. LGT Logistics offers customized solutions in its own operations as well as in collaboration with its subsidiary RTC Transport, whether it concerns pickup from furniture manufacturers, warehousing, and delivery to stores and end-users. We distribute more than 12,000 cubic meters of furniture every week and are known for our high level of service and industry-leading quality. In LGT Logistics' planned growth, we are now recruiting a creative and committed salesperson with the goal of offering more companies the quality and high level of service we stand for. In this role, you will represent LGT Logistics while offering all of the company's services within furniture distribution.
Your responsibilities
As a salesperson, you will be responsible for prospecting, sales, and relationship-building activities with both existing and new customers, which you will meet through independent customer visits, joint visits, and at industry fairs. At the customer, you will offer unique solutions to the customer's short-term needs as well as through long-term and strategic cooperation agreements. To succeed in this role, you will have access to a sales system, a company car, an attractive service portfolio, good references, and not least a competent team of colleagues that you collaborate with and utilize in your daily work. To fit in and thrive in this role, we believe you have experience in selling, building relationships, and creating business opportunities from your background as a salesperson, preferably in transport services or the furniture industry. You have knowledge and understanding of all stages of the sales process and see every activity as a path to business. In this role, you will offer both quick solutions and long-term cooperation agreements. You are given a lot of freedom, where much of your time is spent in the field, which requires you to independently plan and structure your daily work, take your own initiatives to contact customers and partners, and drive the sales process forward.
It is advantageous if you have a network within, or have previously worked with, the furniture industry and e-commerce, but you can learn our services, processes, and working methods. Most importantly, you have your own drive, a desire to develop, and not least the ability to create value-adding business. A B driver's license, IT proficiency, and language skills in Swedish and English are required. You will report to the CEO.
As a salesperson at LGT, you will have a varied and dynamic everyday life with great variation, flexibility, and freedom under responsibility. You will be offered a competitive salary as well as a bonus model that allows you to influence your own salary. You will work from home in your company car, but you also have the option to sit at one of our corporate offices located in Tibro, Jönköping, Värnamo, Malmö, and Helsingborg. Your playing field is broad, and you will work on building relationships with end customers and partners in Sweden but also in the Nordic region, which means that regular travel is involved.
