Your role – create business that makes a difference

As the Regional Sales Manager South, you will be our ambassador in the region. You will develop existing customer relationships and build new ones – always focusing on understanding the customer's needs and delivering solutions that strengthen their business.

You will:

• Actively target the market through customer visits and relationship building.
• Prepare quotes and negotiate contracts.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales.
• Collaborate with our team of technical sales support, project managers, and order reception to create the best possible customer experience.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in sales to industry – preferably with knowledge of hydraulics.
• Is a driven relationship builder with a technical interest.
• Enjoys taking initiative and creating business.
• Lives in or near Värnamo. Travel within the region is included. A company car is included.
