Do you want to work with people, coordination, and recruitment in a growing future industry? We are now looking for a structured and committed staffing coordinator to join our team in Södertälje. With us, you will have a varied and developing role where you contribute to securing the supply of skills within the automotive sector – an industry in constant change.

About the role

As a staffing coordinator, you are a key person in our operations. You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing staffing for our training and client assignments. You work closely with recruiters, training managers, and supervisors, and are often the obvious point of contact for both candidates and consultants.

The position is suitable for you who want to work broadly within HR and administration, with significant personal responsibility and good opportunities for growth.

Your main tasks:

  • Planning and optimizing staffing for training and projects
  • Ongoing contact with candidates, consultants, and colleagues to ensure the right skills in the right place
  • Management and updating of information in our staffing and recruitment systems (e.g., Intelliplan and Teamtailor)
  • Publishing and administration of job advertisements
  • Coordination of new hires – e.g., introduction, work clothes, and schedules
  • Participation in recruitment fairs and industry events
  • Continuous improvement of our routines and processes

Requirements:

  • Experience in one of the following: staffing, automotive industry, administration, HR, sales, or customer service
  • Completed high school education
  • Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Good computer skills and experience working in various systems
  • Manual B driver's license

Meritorious:

  • Post-secondary education in personnel/HR/administration
  • Experience with staffing and recruitment systems, Intelliplan or Teamtailor
  • Previous work in the automotive industry or similar service professions
