At Lendo, we continue to grow, and as we do, we are looking for more insurance salespeople.

If you love sales and are driven by working with a variable compensation model, this could be the job for you! We are mainly looking for someone with previous experience in telephone sales who wants to continue developing in this area.

The Role

In your role as an insurance broker, you will contact Lendo's customers who have chosen to proceed with a loan. During the call, you will do your utmost to convey the insurance products we can offer the customer. You will work towards clear goals and continuously strive to develop your sales with the support of your immediate manager.

The position begins with training regarding sales, Lendo's products, and the industry in Sweden. This is combined with listening in to inspire both from colleagues and managers and to receive the feedback necessary for development.

After the initial training, your development will continue through ongoing coaching and training from both your immediate manager and our experienced salespeople.

At Lendo, you will work closely with your team leader and your team, which currently consists of 5 full-time insurance salespeople. In our department, it is important that we do things together and achieve our results together!

As an insurance salesperson at Lendo, you will have a base salary, but in addition, you can influence your salary based on an attractive variable compensation model.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has sales experience, preferably from telephone sales
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently and has a good command of English
• Is results-oriented (perhaps you are also competitive?)
• Enjoys working towards clear and ambitious goals

Working hours: Full-time - 08:00-17:00 or 08:45-17:45

Location: You will be based in the central Stockholm office but also have the opportunity to combine it with remote work. At Lendo, we work together in the office at least every Tuesday and Thursday.
