About the Position

As a lawyer at this authority, you will work within a project group for ongoing procurements at the authority. You will quality assure procurement documents/request for quotations and act as a sounding board when formulating procurement requirements against the ordering organization.

In your role as a lawyer, your main tasks will include:

Quality assuring procurement documents and requests for quotations.
Advising on the formulation of procurement requirements.
Collaborating with the project group to ensure that procurements are conducted correctly and efficiently.

The position is a consultancy assignment that starts immediately, by agreement, with an expected duration until March 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension until May 30, 2025. The assignment will be part-time (approximately 50%) but may increase during January and February. The work will take place at the authority's office at Torsplan, Stockholm, with the possibility of remote work.

About You

We are looking for someone with a law degree and experience in procurement, particularly within public administration. You have good knowledge of IT law and contract law and experience working with procurements at government agencies, municipalities, or regions. Experience in information security and GDPR is an advantage.

Furthermore, we see that you are self-driven, structured, and have a high ability to quickly understand new tasks. You should be able to work independently and handle limited introduction and guidance.

Important for the position is:

Knowledge of IT law and contract law.
Previous experience in procurement within public operations.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
