In this role, you will be part of a positive and close-knit team with diverse skills and backgrounds who are passionate about what we do. We have an open atmosphere and care for one another. Together, we are responsible for the salaries of our digital and physical operations. 

You will report to our CFO. Responsibilities and Tasks

As a payroll administrator, you will manage the entire payroll process from start to finish. Examples of tasks include:

• Handling salaries for employees across Sweden
• Collecting material from managers
• Checking and ensuring payroll files
• Interpreting our various collective agreements
• Ownership of the payroll process in parts of our operations
• Providing support to managers and employees
• Managing our systems: Flex HRM, Flex Payroll, and Quinyx
• Participating in the transition to a new payroll system in the fall

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

We prefer that you have:

• Post-secondary education in payroll and at least 1-2 years of documented experience in payroll management
• Experience with Flex HRM and/or Quinyx 
• Ability to express yourself very well in both spoken and written Swedish and English

Extent: Full-time, permanent with an initial probationary period

Location: Head office, Sveavägen 63, Stockholm with the possibility of remote work on Fridays. We have moved away from personal letters in the recruitment process in favor of selection questions.
