Finance Assistant at Bokadirekt

Bokadirekt is seeking a reliable and precise finance assistant who wants to contribute with your expertise in finance and accounting. With us, you will use your skills to ensure that our financial processes run smoothly. In this role, you will have a central function in the finance department, which currently consists of six people, and your main tasks will be:

• Accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Reconciliations related to accounts and booking of any adjustments.
• Responsible for manual and automated processes for invoice reminders and collections.
• Be the point of contact for customer support, customers, and third parties in reminder and collection flows.
• Prepare reports and other related analyses of the accounting.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in finance and accounting
• Is structured and meticulous
• Is curious, engaged, and has a positive attitude
• Has the ability to work both independently and in a team
