We are looking for a full-time recruiter to join us internally at Sprio. We believe and hope that you will have a fun journey with us, filled with varied tasks and lots of laughter. Your responsibilities:

As a recruiter with us, you will work in a broad role; through Teamtailor, you will locate potential candidates, conduct thorough phone interviews, meet candidates via Teams for interviews, and spread positive energy among our clients. You will ensure that the candidate experience and customer collaboration go hand in hand throughout the process.

• Selection and CV review
• Phone interviews
• Video interviews
• Renew and publish job ads on the website
• Maintain personal contact and rapport with clients

Is a team player. As a recruiter, you will be part of a close-knit team that dares to think outside the box, takes initiative, and enjoys testing things independently. • Is proactive, goal-oriented, and outgoing
• Open to learning new things every day
• Is social and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoys working with external recruitment and meeting clients
• Has experience in recruitment and/or has just completed relevant studies
