Your Responsibilities

As a personal advisor, you will be part of an engaged and collaborative team within the private department, where you will support each other in taking care of the bank's private customers. You will be responsible for your own customer portfolio and provide financial advice while tailoring solutions for the bank's customers. Through a proactive and structured approach, you will offer customers the bank's products and services from a holistic perspective and develop your own customer base. Since the bank aims for continued growth, a natural part of your work will be to prospect new potential customers, plan and execute marketing activities, and participate in various networking forums. Furthermore, you will keep yourself updated on the external environment as well as the industry's and market's developments to best support customers' businesses.

The position is full-time, during the day, with a start date to be agreed upon.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has worked as an advisor in banking for a few years and is passionate about creating added value for your customers. You hold a Swedsec advisor license, and it is advantageous if you also have a mortgage license and IDD (insurance distribution rights). You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good knowledge of Office as well as experience with various types of business systems.

You are an initiative-taking and relationship-building person who values the meeting with the customer, which means you are attentive, proactive, and service-oriented in your demeanor. You have a strong business drive and are network-building, engaged, and goal-oriented in your work.
