About the position We are now looking for a service star who wants to work during weeks 34-38 at our client, who operates in the grocery trade and has its headquarters in Solna. In the role of customer host, you are responsible for ensuring a pleasant and functioning environment through daily rounds, handling of furnishings, and ensuring that fault reports are managed effectively. The job involves close contact with both colleagues and customers, where a sense of service and responsibility is central.

Your tasks include, among others:

  • Conduct daily rounds in the property to ensure order, safety, and comfort.
  • Manage and carry out furnishings in premises according to needs or bookings.
  • Receive, register, and follow up on fault reports in the case management system Maximo.
  • Be a point of contact for both tenants and internal staff regarding questions or practical matters.
  • Ensure that common areas are in good condition and report any deviations.
  • Support with simpler practical tasks in the daily operation of premises and work environment.

Who are you? We know that you are a true service star who is passionate about personal interactions and loves working with people. You work proactively and solution-oriented and are always one step ahead. You are flexible and unpretentious and can work both independently and in a team. You have previous experience in service and have worked with the Office package, as well as being fluent in Swedish and English. Experience with the case management system Maximo is a plus.

Employment Employment type: Hourly employment, temporary position for 5 weeks Employment rate: Full-time 100% Start: weeks 34-38  Working hours: Monday-Friday, 07:00-16:00
