Your role as a Collection Lawyer

As a collection lawyer at PS Finance Group, you will become part of our wonderful legal team with six other colleagues. In your role, you will independently handle bankruptcy cases, simpler disputes, and other collection matters that require legal expertise. You will also assist with legal advice to both clients and employees.

Your tasks will include, among other things: 

• Handling collection cases regarding disputed claims, bankruptcy proceedings, and dispute resolution primarily in small claims processes
• Debtor and client contact via phone and email, managing payments, and following up on actions taken
• Other legal and administrative tasks that occur in a collection agency

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has recently completed their law degree (jur.kand. or LL.M.) and is at the beginning of their career. To fit in at PS Finance Group, you need to be a team player who enjoys working towards goals in a high-performing environment. You are communicative and express yourself well in both speech and writing. You also have a good ability to structure and prioritize your tasks. We would like you to be self-assured, unafraid to take on new challenges, and possess strong integrity.
