Your new role

We are looking for a consultant to assist our client with their accounting.

In this role, you will:

• Support the Company Responsible for one of their OpCos with a holistic perspective on their clients' accounting.
• Participate in and drive projects and other arising issues to ensure good quality in accounting and that the accounting complies with internal and external accounting principles and legal requirements.
• Maintain an ongoing and well-functioning dialogue with other parts of the organization regarding current accounting issues and provide input for improvements.
• Be responsible for the quality of preparation, documentation, and reporting.

To be successful in this role, you need

• Experience from the real estate industry and transactions.
• Very good accounting and tax knowledge, in ÅRL, BFL, Income Tax Act, and VAT Act, as well as a basic understanding of IFRS.
• Experience in qualified accounting work.
• Good IT and system skills with strong knowledge of the Office suite.
• Be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• A degree in business administration is an advantage.

Who are you?

You possess good communication skills in both group settings and individual conversations, as well as in writing. You have excellent collaboration skills.
