This will be your role

Our SMART Lab concept makes life easier for laboratory and quality operations, and our customers are in several segments such as contract labs, QC, or operational labs within the process and pharmaceutical industries. And now we are looking for you who want to join us on the journey to streamline and optimize our customers' laboratory processes!

The role involves:

• Configuring LIMS via existing interfaces.
• Providing support for existing LIMS installations.
• Participating in new installations, upgrades, and migration of LIMS and LIMS-related modules.
• Delivering training materials and training sessions for LIMS customers' super users and other stakeholders.
• Maintaining customer relationships.
• Training and mentoring new employees.

This is how you will shine

We believe you will shine in the role of LIMS hero if you enjoy collaborating and working with others. You are curious, passionate about learning new things, and want to support our customers in several steps. You are a problem solver of the highest order and are eager to challenge yourself.

To succeed in the role, you have:

• An engineering degree or equivalent.
• Experience with laboratory systems and a general interest in applications.
• The ability to independently work out solutions and support the customer with requirements even when they are initially unclear.
• You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.
• It is a merit if you have experience with SQL databases, programming, C#.Net, or GxP.
