We at Wrknest are now looking for a driven Environmental Coordinator for Hifab, where you will be part of the team in the Department of Land and Construction.  Here, you will primarily drive environmental coordination in an ongoing project focusing on railways.

Hifab leads everything from small to really large projects. The real estate and community building industry is undergoing a rapid transformation where drivers within sustainability, economy, and technology set new conditions for projects and clients' operations and business. Hifab's priorities as a company are therefore clear: They take care of each other, focus on their clients, and invest in joint development. They are located in newly renovated premises in northern Vasastan, but you will work flexibly based on your role and assignment.

Your future tasks

In this project, you will be part of the environmental specialist group. You will be the environmental coordinator during the planning and implementation of various sub-projects in the design and production phases. You will also;

• Contribute to ensuring that environmental requirements are met and act as an advisor and sounding board in a range of environmental issues.
• Coordinate environmental work in planning, design, and construction phases
• Ensure quality through requirement setting and advice on various types of environmental issues
• Follow up and monitor the environmental work of designers and contractors during the construction phase We are looking for someone who has

• A university degree with an environmental focus or equivalent
• At least five years of experience as a consultant/project manager in the environmental field
• Can present relevant reference assignments of a similar nature as described above
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Driver's license (B) We consider it an advantage

• Experience working with road and/or railway projects (budget up to 50 million SEK)
