Sustainability Developer

About the position

As a Sustainability Developer, you will work closely with operations to develop and strengthen sustainability in property management. You will translate strategy into concrete actions and drive improvements that reduce climate impact, increase resource efficiency, and strengthen the long-term performance and sustainability of properties.

With us, you will be a key person in translating Luotea's sustainability strategy into action in close collaboration with the operations organization, management, procurement, and customers. Your main tasks will include:

• Collecting, validating, and analyzing climate and environmental data
• Providing clear reporting and suggesting and following up on improvement measures
• Leading and participating in sustainability projects within operations and management
• Identifying and driving improvement opportunities within sustainable property management
• Participating in customer dialogues and contributing to achieving set climate and sustainability goals
• Supporting the organization in change management and ensuring that sustainability requirements are integrated into processes and working methods
• Developing and structuring reuse efforts

The position is based in Solna and involves travel.

About you

We are looking for someone with strong self-motivation who enjoys taking initiative and translating analysis into action. You are structured and analytical, with the ability to turn data into concrete measures, while also being pragmatic and solution-oriented. You communicate easily - with both technical specialists and customers, and engage others in change. You combine business understanding with a genuine interest in sustainable development and are motivated by creating measurable results in a technical and operational environment.

To succeed in this role, you need

• Relevant higher education in sustainability, environment, sustainable building, property management, or urban planning - or equivalent experience
• Experience working with climate and environmental data
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Understanding of business-driven organizations
• Experience in driving change management and creating engagement around new working methods
• Fluency in Swedish and good knowledge of English
• Driver's license (B)

Meritorious

• Experience in sustainability work and projects within property, operations, or technical management (e.g., reuse, circular flows, solar projects, biodiversity, climate risk analyses, or climate adaptation measures)
• Good understanding of property technology and operational processes
• Experience working with BREEAM In-Use or other building environmental certifications
