As a recruitment consultant with us, you will have overall responsibility for the recruitment process for our clients. You will work closely with both clients and candidates and become an important partner in their strategic growth. 

The role involves:

• Driving and executing recruitment assignments within Life Science - from start to finish.
• Building and developing long-term client relationships, acting as an advisor and creating value at every step.
• Conducting in-depth interviews, assessments, and presenting candidates.
• Collaborating with colleagues - researchers and senior recruitment consultants - to deliver the highest quality together.

You will be part of a smaller, close-knit team where competence, care, and joy at work are as obvious as responsibility and quality. We work closely with our clients and have a culture characterized by trust, support, and genuine commitment to helping each other succeed.

We believe that you are already working as a recruitment consultant or with qualified search or in another role where you recruit a lot within Life Science. You are confident in recruitment methodology and used to working closely with clients who have high demands for quality. You thrive in an advisory role and see the value of combining business acumen with respectful and professional interaction. 

If you do not have previous experience in the role of Recruitment Consultant - convince us that you are perfect for the role and have a plan for how you will quickly get on track with our help. 

We do not require you to love sales - we have plenty of others who do - but we expect you to see our clients as long-term partners and provide them with an interaction that makes them choose us every time they want to grow.
