Here, we are responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of chemical analyses to ensure the quality of incoming and self-manufactured raw materials. The department plays an important role in the quality control of raw materials used in Fresenius Kabi's drug manufacturing. QC Brunna has about 33 employees who work closely together in teams and have fun at work.

Job Responsibilities

The job responsibilities include participating in deviation investigations, as well as establishing and maintaining the department's SOPs. You will also lead and support others and have frequent contacts with various functions within quality control and production.

As a specialist, you are responsible for providing chemical expertise in the areas of:

  • analysis of raw materials
  • analysis of finished drugs
  • development and validation of analytical methods
  • qualification of instruments
  • handling of regulatory issues regarding analytical methods

You plan your own work according to given priorities and timelines, where there may be short deadlines at times, which requires a good ability to handle multiple ongoing activities simultaneously and make relevant priorities.

About You

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, analytical, and results-oriented. You have a structured working method, enjoy taking responsibility, and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The role requires you to be curious, solution-oriented, and able to see the bigger picture and connections. You collaborate and communicate well with others, while also being self-driven, proactive, and having good judgment.

You, who are applying, have:

  • Academic education in, for example, analytical chemistry or similar
  • At least 5 years of experience in one of the areas that the group is responsible for
  • Experience in independently initiating and driving larger tasks
  • Very good ability to express yourself in English and Swedish, both orally and in writing
  • Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.

Meritorious:

  • Experience in independently managing your own larger tasks/projects, regulatory inspections
  • Experience from GMP-regulated activities in one or more of the areas that the group is responsible for

About the Position

The position is a fixed-term employment for trial purposes, which after 6 months will transition to permanent employment by agreement between the parties. Immediate start. The location is in Brunna, Kungsängen.
