🌱 Do you want to help build the future of Stockholm?

At Liljemark Consulting, we are looking for an experienced environmental consultant to join our team in Stockholm. Do you have expertise in managing contaminated land in development projects and are driven to make a real difference in the city's development? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

With us, you will be part of a close-knit team that works closely with clients on some of Stockholm's most exciting urban development projects. We have extensive experience with contaminated areas and work on assignments where entire neighborhoods are taking shape.

We are looking for someone who wants to work closely with community building, is solution-oriented, and enjoys collaboration. You are used to leading assignments, acting as client support, and working in all project phases from developing detailed plans to completed contracts. You will be based in Stockholm – preferably from the office when needed.

What does the role of project manager entail?

As a project manager with us, you will play a central role in our assignments related to contaminated areas. You will lead the work from early stages in the planning process to monitoring environmental issues during the contract phase. This means that you:

  • Coordinate internal resources and ensure that the assignment follows the timeline and budget
  • Lead and quality assure the preparation of investigations, technical documents, and permits
  • Provide advisory support on environmental and contamination issues throughout the project
  • Work closely with clients, contractors, and authorities

The role combines technology, strategy, and communication – and requires you to have both an eye for detail and a view of the big picture. You are the one who keeps the environmental issues together in the project, drives the work forward, and ensures that the client receives the right decision-making basis at the right time.

Who are you?

We believe that you:

  • Have about 7 years of experience working with contaminated areas
  • Have previously led assignments and enjoy the role of project manager
  • Have good experience working with investigations of contaminated areas prior to consultations in the detailed planning phase, working with system documents, tender documents/construction documents including writing AMA texts
  • Also have extensive experience in preparing necessary permits and notifications and following up on these in connection with contracts
  • Have worked as an environmental consultant or, for example, as a contractor, client, or in an authority
  • Are a civil engineer, natural scientist, or equivalent
  • Are comfortable with Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
  • Have a B driver's license

You are curious, enjoy collaborating, and like to build long-term client relationships. You have analytical thinking, but also a practical side – and you enjoy making things happen.

Why Liljemark Consulting?

We are a well-established and value-driven environmental consulting company with a focus on our employees. With us, you will get:

  • Short decision-making paths and great personal responsibility
  • Challenging and developing tasks
  • Security and flexibility in balance
  • Colleagues who enjoy having fun, both at work and outside of it

We are growing – and we hope you want to grow with us.
