About the Role

Sensor Försäkring is looking for an experienced pricing actuary who wants to help develop our motor insurance offering. You will work closely with the business on pricing, product development, and profitability analysis in a dynamic MGA environment where your contributions have a direct impact.

Responsibilities

• Pricing models and tariffing - Develop, maintain, and improve our pricing models for motor insurance
• Profitability analysis - Analyze and monitor profitability by segment and contribute to the company achieving its overall profitability goals
• Collaborate closely with other departments to help drive the business forward
• Present analyses and recommendations to management and partners

We are looking for someone who

• Has a relevant academic background in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, or similar
• Has 3-5 years of experience in actuarial work, preferably in property and casualty insurance
• Has good knowledge of pricing methodology and GLM modeling
• Is proficient in Excel and has experience with at least one programming language (R, Python, SAS, or similar)
• Has excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
• Is analytical, self-driven, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with multiple departments

• Experience with machine learning and price optimization
• Customer value modeling
• Pricing in other product areas
