  • Regulation monitoring: Monitor, interpret and stay up to date with regulatory requirements in current and emerging markets
  • Documentation & labelling: Manage creation, quality control and compliance of product labels and documentation such as Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
  • Authority reporting: Prepare and submit reports and notifications to supervisory authorities, e.g. ECHA and national authorities
  • Quality ownership: Be accountable for the Pierce Quality Manual related to chemical products
  • Risk assessment: Conduct internal investigations to identify compliance risks when needed
  • Internal guidance: Translate complex regulations into simplified procedures and policies for internal teams and suppliers
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure regulatory adherence and high product quality

We are looking for someone who:

Has solid experience working with chemical compliance and regulatory frameworks, preferably within chemical or cleaning products. You are comfortable owning documentation, handling regulatory communication and ensuring compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

You are highly structured, detail-oriented and confident working independently, while also collaborating with internal teams, suppliers and authorities. You have the ability to communicate complex regulatory requirements in a clear and pragmatic way.

Requirements & qualifications:

  • Degree in Chemistry, Toxicology or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2–3 years of experience within chemical compliance, regulatory affairs or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of EU regulations and directives such as REACH and CLP
  • Experience working with Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product labelling
