We are now recruiting a KMA Manager for our client in Stockholm, who is a leading player in steel and industrial construction.

We are looking for a KMA Manager who wants to take a comprehensive approach to the company's work with continuous improvements and sustainable working methods.
About the role
As a KMA Manager, you will play a central role in developing, implementing, and following up on the company's KMA work – both strategically and practically in the projects. You will be a key person in ensuring high quality in deliveries, safe workplaces, and long-term environmental responsibility.
Your main responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the company's KMA management system according to ISO 1090, 9001, and 3834.
- Identify areas for improvement, drive development initiatives, and implement new working methods in close collaboration with production and management.
- Conduct internal audits, follow-ups, and manage deviations.
- Establish and follow up on KMA plans for projects, including risk assessments, controls, and documentation.
- Provide support to project managers, supervisors, and production staff on KMA issues.
- Lead training and create engagement for quality, environment, and work environment throughout the organization.
- Compile reports and follow up on goals and key performance indicators within the KMA area.
Qualifications
- We highly value experience from working in production. Experience in welding or steel constructions is highly meritorious.
- Experience in KMA work within construction, industry, or steel production is a requirement if you do not have practical experience.
- Good knowledge of relevant standards (ISO 1090, 9001, 3834) and applicable legislation regarding work environment and environment.
- Experience in improvement work and implementation of new routines.
- Good computer skills and experience with digital KMA systems.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. English is meritorious.
- Driving license B.
