YOUR FUTURE WORKPLACE

As a mobile receptionist, you will assist our clients with temporary needs and peak workloads, giving you broad industry experience and the chance to try working in a variety of workplaces. Our clients operate in several industries, so you may be placed at everything from a newly started design company to a successful law firm. In this role, you will have a fantastic opportunity to build your CV, be inspired by different industries, and create a valuable network.

Who knows, perhaps one of your assignments will lead to a permanent position with the company you have been booked to eventually. The possibilities are enormous!

YOUR ROLE

Your tasks will be within the framework of office services and may include:

  • Welcoming visitors at the reception
  • Switchboard, phone, and email management
  • Preparing for meetings/events and ordering lunches and snacks
  • Mail and courier handling
  • Ensuring that kitchens and office areas are clean and welcoming
  • Contact with suppliers
  • Administrative tasks

As a mobile receptionist, you will have both scheduled fixed hours but are also ready to step in and assist our clients with short notice when the need arises.

WHO ARE YOU?

  • You want to gain valuable work experience in office services.
  • You have previous experience in service, for example from retail or restaurants.
  • It is an advantage if you have previously studied or worked abroad.
  • You are unpretentious, flexible, and solution-oriented.
  • You live by the motto that nothing is impossible!
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with varied tasks.
  • You strive to always go the extra mile.
  • You have a curious mind and good social skills to quickly adapt to new situations and tasks.
  • You can speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English.
  • You have a high school diploma.
