About the job
In this role, you will meet patients of all ages and situations, both during acute and planned visits. You will work health-promoting, advisory, and treatment-oriented in primary care, both at the clinic and via phone, digital care meetings, and home visits. You will work independently with triage, treatment, and follow-up of patients in close collaboration with your colleagues and other professionals in the unit. Together with the health center management, you will be responsible for developing and driving the operations forward. Educating future colleagues is an important and rewarding part of our mission, so mentoring students is also included in your role at the health center.
About you
You are a registered nurse with specialist training as a district nurse and/or have an advanced education in diabetes of at least 15 credits. We would like you to have experience from working in primary care.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative in their work and is confident in making their own decisions. You are meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and can effectively prioritize your tasks.
In your work, you will meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe that you enjoy teamwork and that it is natural for you to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts. We would like you to have an interest in digitalization and operational development.

About the recruitment process
The selection process takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates for a phone interview. After that, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the health center.
We use competency-based interviews, which means that the answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
