Medpro Clinic Torpa-Brålanda is a family-oriented healthcare center with about 50 wonderful employees. In addition to the healthcare center, we also have a child health clinic, rehabilitation, and a clinic for youth mental health. Torpa healthcare center, together with the branch in Brålanda, has a total of about 9000 registered patients. The mission of the healthcare center is to provide safe and easily accessible care and work with preventive health - this has been our focus since 2011.

About the position

As a resident physician with us, you will have varied tasks including scheduled doctor appointments, acute patients, and medical participation in home care. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other employees to develop the operations and participate in improvement and quality work.

We base our work on an evidence-based and developing educational environment with a focus on patient-centered work. Our supervisors are an active part of your education, and we follow the guidelines for continuing education recommended by the ST office.

All physicians are covered by a collective agreement between the Medical Association and the Employers' Association.

About you

We are looking for a licensed physician with the authority to work within Swedish healthcare. You have language skills in Swedish corresponding to level C1.

You enjoy collaborating with others, both physician colleagues and other professionals. You are engaged and understand the importance of good communication. You can adapt your work, approach, and attitude based on the patient and the situation.
