About the position

In the role of technician in transmission/datacom, you will primarily work with the installation and maintenance of property networks and transmission/datacom equipment. The work is carried out at customer sites in Gothenburg and surrounding areas, at stations and data centers. The role involves independent work, which entails significant responsibility for planning to ensure timelines and collaboration with customers and dispatch.

On-call work may occur and can take place at other locations.

Meritorious:

• experience in fiber or other forms of cable installation
• experience in project planning

About you

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology, who is eager to find solutions to tricky problems. You have education and experience in similar roles, preferably as a field technician in datacom technology. You have a strong drive, good initiative, and are independent, as you are expected to take significant responsibility for driving your work forward.
