As a community host, you are the tenant's most important contact person and the company's face to the outside world within a geographical area for which you are responsible. Your main tasks are to provide good service and build trustworthy relationships.

Job Responsibilities

As a community host, you will be part of a team with other community and environmental hosts. The job is very varied, involving both practical and administrative work. The tasks mainly consist of contact with tenants regarding various matters such as:

• Service requests and housing issues.
• Simple repairs and service tasks.
• Introductions and inspections related to move-ins and move-outs.
• Cleaning and supervision of common areas.

To meet expectations, you need to have a pronounced sense of service. Other important qualities include being responsible and flexible, having social competence, and a positive outlook. You should be able to take your own initiatives and work goal-oriented. Since you will be working in a team with your colleagues, your ability to collaborate with others is as important as your ability to work independently. Willingness and commitment are prerequisites for thriving as a community host.

Education, Experience, and Qualities

You have work experience or education in a service profession. Knowledge and interest in plumbing, electrical work, and/or carpentry are advantageous, as well as administrative experience and experience from the real estate industry. We expect you to have a B driver's license and computer skills, as well as the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing, preferably in several languages.

Duration and Contact
