Active HVB Rundelsgatan is a small and specialized HVB located in Linköping. We receive children and young people aged 14-21 in need of individual treatment in our apartment concept. We actively and purposefully work to create a safe, trusting, and meaningful environment.

The job involves meeting people in crisis and/or with difficult life situations, and it is of great importance that you can see opportunities, convey hope, and meet people in a respectful and safe manner. Together in the team and with the youth, you create a functioning and secure everyday life.

As a coordinating social pedagogue, you will lead the daily operations and perform care tasks, and you will also assist the operations manager and deputy operations manager with administrative tasks such as scheduling and staffing, quality improvements, risk assessments, and documentation. As a coordinating social pedagogue, you are responsible for the treatment of those enrolled and drive an ambitious and goal-oriented treatment process. You are a natural part of the operational management in your role.

You are inspiring and relationship-building and have a good ability to establish strong contacts with both clients and colleagues. You are calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive manner and enjoy collaborating with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see both the needs of the organization and the clients.

Requirements:

• Educated social worker, behavioral scientist, or other education we consider equivalent.
• Previous experience working as a manager or coordinator in a social work setting.
• Driver's license (B).

Meritorious:

• Experience in case handling from an authority.
• Previous experience working therapeutically with the target group.
• Basic psychotherapy training or other continuing education courses such as TMO, MI, ÅP, etc.

Role: Coordinating social pedagogue

Employment type: Parental leave replacement, until 1/9 2026 with good potential for extension.

Working hours: Full-time.

Working time: Daytime.

Start date: By agreement.
