About Frenda – technology with heart for dental care

Therefore, we are looking for someone who can streamline and scale training processes sustainably – while maintaining quality.

We are looking for someone who:

Either has experience in learning & development and an interest in dental care, or has experience from the dental industry with an interest in education and digital systems.

Regardless of your professional background, we see that you:

• Have experience in delivering training or similar, with good technical understanding

• Have a pedagogical mindset and can adapt your approach to the target audience

• Are structured, communicative, and have a high service orientation

• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious: Experience with LMS systems, video editing, and experience working with a SaaS product.

What does a Trainer do at Frenda?

In a team with four wonderful colleagues, you will primarily:

• Conduct digital and physical training for our customers • Create pedagogical and engaging training materials – even in front of the camera • Work closely with all our teams to keep the training relevant • Continuously improve content with the help of customer feedback
