Do you have a keen eye for detail, a structured approach to work, and an interest in privacy issues? We are currently looking for a junior data coordinator for an exciting assignment in the banking sector. You will work with the management of data extraction according to GDPR – a task focused on law, data, and customer communication.

Job Description In the role of Data Coordinator, you will work with GDPR-related cases where customers have requested extracts of the personal data the bank processes. You will collect and map information from various systems, make legal and data-driven assessments, and finalize clear response letters to the customer. The role suits you if you are analytical, meticulous, and interested in information management.

The work involves:

• Collecting and mapping customer data from internal systems

• Assessing which data can be shared according to applicable legislation

• Masking information that should not be disclosed

• Preparing response letters to customers

• Contributing to the development of routines, templates, and working methods

Qualifications & Experience We are looking for someone with a relevant post-secondary education and 1–3 years of experience in similar work. You are accustomed to working in various systems, are self-sufficient in your tasks, and have a good understanding of business operations. If you also have an interest in data protection issues and GDPR, this is a perfect opportunity to deepen your knowledge in the field.

Duration of Assignment

The assignment is initially for 3 months starting July 22 and running until October 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension. The assignment is full-time with placement at the client's office in Stockholm.
