What does the role of Customer Service Representative at Nordic Nest Group entail? In the Customer Care team, you will belong to a cheerful, international group of colleagues from several different countries with a fantastic sense of community and togetherness. We are engaged, love challenges, and the best thing we know is to work together!

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Assist and take care of our customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Deliver first-class service with care and solution orientation
  • Create world-class customer satisfaction in every task
  • Work towards set goals

In addition to the above, you will also have the opportunity to try to win first place in one of the popular ping pong tournaments that take place during breaks, as well as to work out with a great gym session in our gym after work.

For this role, we are looking for colleagues who are fluent in spoken and written Norwegian or Danish as well as English.

So, are you ready to become part of the team? We offer a fixed-term part-time position starting on 2025-09-01 and lasting until 2026-01-31.

Our working hours are scheduled on weekdays during office hours, and we work together in our lovely office in Kalmar. We are constantly working to create the world's best customer experience, and with that, we will extend working hours to evenings and/or weekends as needed.

We believe in the power of personal qualities, which is why we use personality tests early in the process.
