We continue to develop our business area Retail Media - the next big wave in digital marketing. Here we combine data-driven insights with creative solutions to create value for both partners and customers. As a Retail Media Commercial Specialist, you will be a key player in shaping the future way to reach customers digitally, both onsite and offsite.

What does the role involve? You will be responsible for driving sales and developing long-term commercial partnerships by pitching, packaging, and delivering solutions that create measurable value. The role is both operational and customer-facing, where you will follow up on KPIs, optimize results, and contribute to the development of our business area. As a project manager, you will coordinate both partners and internal teams, ensure delivery according to plan, and create a clear overview of all parts of the campaigns.

You will among other things…

• Establish, develop, and nurture partnerships with both existing and new partners
• Package creative, data-driven comprehensive solutions within onsite and offsite digital marketing
• Deliver on KPIs, follow up on results, and continuously optimize partnerships
• Project manage and coordinate internal and external stakeholders
• Be responsible for budget, revenue targets, and commercial agreements
• Contribute insights and recommendations that develop offerings and strategy

Who are you? We are looking for a team player with drive, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to help shape the next big wave in Retail Media. You are communicative and easily build trust both internally and externally, while also having an analytical mind and enjoying project managing collaborations across multiple stakeholders.

We would also like you to have…

• Experience in partner responsibility, KAM, or commercial responsibility. If you also have experience in media, digital marketing, e-commerce, or marketplace sales, it is a plus
• Experience in project management or coordination of multiple stakeholders
• Relevant education in areas such as economics, marketing, media, or digital business development, which is an advantage
