We are now looking for driven and results-oriented customer service representatives for our office in Kalmar!

About the role: As a customer service representative at Allente, you play a crucial role in assisting customers and ensuring their experience. You will handle incoming calls from Norwegian customers who need help with everything from billing inquiries to technical support and actively work to offer tailored solutions that meet their needs.

What you will do:

• Support Norwegian customers over the phone regarding payments, invoices, or technical support.
• Conduct simple troubleshooting for TV and broadband.
• Offer customized solutions and campaigns to maximize customer satisfaction in every call.
• Use your persuasive communication skills to create value in the customer's continued use of the service.
• Work towards clear goals and have the opportunity to earn commission bonuses.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in sales and/or customer service and thrives in a goal-oriented environment.
• Has passing grades in Swedish A/1 and English A/5.
• Has a sense of good customer service and a willingness to learn and develop.
• Is curious about upselling and has an interest in sales to find the best solutions for the customer.
• Is a good listener with a professional and trustworthy demeanor.
• Can work full-time from our office in Kalmar, Borgmästaregatan 5.
• Good knowledge of Norwegian is a significant advantage.

• Start: 2026-03-16
• Employment type: Full-time, permanent with a 6-month probation period.
• Varied hours during opening times Mon-Fri 09:00-20:00 and Sat-Sun 10:00-18:00.
• Location: On-site at our modern office in Kalmar, Borgmästaregatan 5.
