What you can expect from the role

As a Logistics Manager, you are a central part of the daily operations in the store. Most of your working time will be spent in the store where the action happens. You will work practically in the operations alongside the team and be a visible and present leader in everyday life.

You are responsible for ensuring that the flow of goods operates efficiently from receiving goods all the way to the shelves. This means you will be involved in receiving deliveries, picking items, restocking shelves, facing products, creating structure, and ensuring that the store is well-stocked, appealing, and organized. You will also assist customers as needed and actively contribute to the customer experience on the floor.

The role requires you to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment while having the ability to plan, prioritize, and lead daily work forward. You will delegate tasks during deliveries and inventories, monitor stock levels, and ensure that routines, working conditions, and technical equipment function as they should – all with a clear focus on operational efficiency.

You will work closely with other departments and help drive the store forward every day. This position is suitable for you who want to combine responsibility and leadership with active and present work in the store.

You are part of the store's management team and report directly to the Store Manager.

What we expect from you

We are looking for someone with a strong service mindset who understands the importance of a well-functioning logistics flow to create an efficient and customer-friendly store. You are analytical, responsible, and enjoy working practically when needed. Collaboration is a given for you, and you believe in the strength of working together towards common goals.

You have several years of experience in retail, preferably 2–3 years or more, and have previously worked with logistics and inventory-related issues. You are computer literate and comfortable working with planning, monitoring, and improvement efforts. To thrive in this role, we see that you are solution-oriented, enjoy challenges, and have a natural drive to lead projects forward.
