We are now looking for a competent and committed claims handler for our service market in Blomstermåla.

About the role

With us, you will have an important role where you will receive, manage, and follow up on claims from customers, agents, and partners both nationally and internationally.

You will be a crucial part of improving our products and work processes.

You will, among other things:

• Provide feedback on internal and external claims.
• Drive and take an active role in our product quality work.
• Prepare documents, reports, statistics, and decision-making materials.
• Establish billing documentation and handle invoicing.
• Work closely with the technical department regarding our product segment.
• Maintain continuous supplier dialogue with English-speaking parties.

We believe you have experience from the industry, perhaps as a warranty handler or customer receiver. If you also have a technical background from the automotive industry, that is a plus. You need to be familiar with systems, particularly Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel. If you have worked in business systems, preferably Jeeves, that is a plus. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. If you can also speak and write Polish, that is an additional advantage.
