Fonus Contact Center is largely the face of the company towards its customers, where you as customer support play an important role. We support the company's two major operations; Sweden's market-leading funeral agency and Sweden's largest family law practice.
A Job Close to Life and Death.
About the Role
We are now looking for summer substitutes with the possibility to work extra during both spring and autumn, you should be available for full-time work between weeks 25–33. You will work at our office in Kalmar, which is an open, familiar, and warm environment where about 50 employees sit in a modern office landscape. We are driven by business acumen, development, and a customer focus.
Your workday consists of helping our customers with appointment bookings primarily via incoming and outgoing calls and assisting with other types of funeral-related questions, such as registrations for memorial services. The work is done with phone and computer as the main tools. There is also chat and email contact with our customers.

Our opening hours are 7 AM to 10 PM Monday to Friday and 8 AM to 10 PM Saturday to Sunday and public holidays.

What You Bring
- Good system skills
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
