ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a customer service representative with us, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers and enhancing their experience. You will handle incoming calls from Norwegian customers who need help with everything from billing inquiries to technical support, and actively work to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Support Norwegian customers over the phone regarding payments, invoices, or technical support.
• Conduct simple troubleshooting for services such as TV and broadband.
• Offer customized solutions and campaigns to maximize customer satisfaction in every call.
• Use your persuasive communication skills to create value in the customer's continued use of the service.
• Work towards clear goals and have the opportunity to earn commission bonuses.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in sales and/or customer service and thrives in a goal-oriented and results-driven environment.
• Has passing grades in Swedish A/1 and English A/5.
• Has a sense for good customer service and a willingness to learn and develop.
• Is curious about upselling and has an interest in sales to find the best solutions for the customer.
• Is a good listener with a professional and trustworthy demeanor.
• Can work full-time from our office in Kalmar, Borgmästaregatan 5.
• Good knowledge of Norwegian is a significant advantage.

• Start: 2026-03-09
• Employment type: Full-time, permanent with a 6-month probation period.
• Working hours: Varied during opening hours Mon-Fri 08:00-19:00 and Sat-Sun 10:00-19:00.
• Location: On-site at our modern office in Kalmar, Borgmästaregatan 5.
