As an HR consultant, you will work with both operational and strategic HR issues. In your operational role, you will provide consultative support to our clinic managers. The support encompasses the entire spectrum of HR issues such as work environment, recruitment, salary formation, labor law, and training.

In your strategic role, you will have a special responsibility for the area of competence supply. This means that you will organize Folktandvården's efforts to attract, recruit, develop, and retain employees. Examples of competence supply initiatives include apprenticeship programs, summer internships, recruitment fairs, student contacts, international recruitment, career models, and employee panels.

Alongside your role as an HR consultant, you will also serve as Folktandvården's coordinator for our personnel administrative system Heroma. You will be responsible for coordinating questions regarding support, information, and training initiatives in the system, where a clear target group is the organization's clinic management. For the role of Heroma coordinator, you will receive special introduction and training. As an HR consultant and Heroma coordinator, you will also be part of various networks and thereby contribute to the organization's goal fulfillment and development.

About You

You are educated in HR at the university level and preferably have several years of experience in qualified HR work. You are outgoing, have a strong service mindset, and can see the organization from a holistic perspective. You thereby contribute to developing the operations based on Folktandvården's mission and shared values: teamwork, respect, and personal responsibility.

You work partly consultatively, so it is important that you are attentive and have a good ability to build and develop relationships both within and outside your own organization. You are passionate about issues related to competence supply, and previous experience in this area is an advantage. Interest and experience in working with personnel administrative systems, especially Heroma, is also advantageous. A driver's license is required as travel in the job occurs.

Your Future Workplace

At Folktandvården's office, 16 employees currently work in the areas of HR, finance, public health, business development, and communication. We work with overall planning, strategy, and development in each area while also supporting our clinics. Most of the office is located in Regionhuset in Kalmar, but there is an opportunity to start from other locations in the county.

Folktandvården consists of general dental care with clinics spread throughout the county and specialist dental care in the three coastal towns of Kalmar, Oskarshamn, and Västervik.
