JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a coordinator focused on local issues and local needs for the social administration's operations, both administrative premises and housing. As a local coordinator for the social administration, you will participate in the administration's strategic and operational work with local supply in the long and short term. This is to ensure optimal utilization of the administration's premises.

This will involve planning and coordinating the work with local supply for both new production, renovation, procurement of local needs, and local adjustments/restorations.

You will function as a qualified support for managers and the administration's operations and become the cohesive link in the work from need to final result. This includes needs analyses, development of local supply plans, local programs, as well as internal project management and cohesive function in connection with renovations, relocations, and new constructions.

You will work closely with management, operational managers, housing planners, operational services, and other functions in the municipality and external actors as needed. You will have ongoing contact with the municipality's Technical and Property Management and represent the administration's needs and plan for local supply.

Your assignment also includes managing and following up on purchases related to operational premises such as furniture and equipment. Additional tasks and areas of responsibility within the local area may be added to the position.

The position is organizationally within the administrative unit of the social administration, led by the administrative manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has relevant education at the university level or work experience and other education that the employer assesses as equivalent. You have several years of experience from similar work,

• You have very good collaboration skills and find it easy to create and maintain contacts.
• You have a good ability to work from a holistic perspective.
• You should be able to independently drive assignments and cases and take responsibility for their implementation.
• You communicate well in both speech and writing and are used to working in digital systems.
• You are structured and solution-focused.
• Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
• A driver's license is a requirement.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Knowledge of the design of premises, building regulations, and the authority requirements placed on premises.
• Experience from security solutions in premises and housing.
• Experience from different forms of housing within social services.
• Experience of process-oriented working methods.
