About the Job
You will work within the concentration for associations and foundations, which means we are responsible for the taxation of all non-profit and economic associations, foundations, and religious communities in the country. You will handle simpler case processing and investigation of matters. This means you will analyze and assess different types of documentation. In contact with customers, you will request additional information via phone, mail, and digital mailboxes. With the support of laws and regulations, you will assess the documentation and make decisions. Some cases are simple and quick, while others take more time. You will also work with service in the form of general inquiries from customers both via phone and email.
You will receive an introduction and a supervisor who will help you plan your work. You will then independently manage your cases and collaborate with others. The work involves handling various types of cases, and you will learn and gain new knowledge both broadly and in depth.
We offer flexible working hours, and it is essential for us that you maintain a balance between work and leisure.
You will belong to Unit 7 in the Corporate Tax Division. Your workplace will be in Västervik. In our unit, we have about 200 employees, and within our concentration, there are about 85 colleagues distributed across the locations of Mariestad, Västervik, and Uppsala.
About You

You should also have:
- an ongoing (at least 60 approved credits) or recently completed university education of at least 180 credits in economics, law, political science, or public administration.
It is desirable that you have relevant work experience in administrative or case-handling work and/or experience in interacting with people from diverse backgrounds via phone and email, for example, from public service, agencies, insurance companies, or banks. It is also desirable if you have relevant work experience at the Swedish Tax Agency.
Good to Know
The employment is temporary from June 15 to August 14.
The employment is full-time.
Due to the nature of the work, there is no opportunity to work from home in this job.
