About the role
As a Business Advisor, you will be part of the business team and a key business partner to our corporate clients. You will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients across Öland and ensure that they have access to the bank's full expertise. You will be active in local networks and serve as an ambassador and role model for Ölands Bank in all contexts, both internal and external. You will work according to our vision, purpose, and values.
With short decision-making paths, there are great opportunities for you to engage and influence.
Your immediate manager will be the Business Manager, and you will work from both offices on Öland, Färjestaden and Borgholm.
About the market in Öland
Öland is characterized by a business market with small and medium-sized enterprises with significant seasonal variation. Agriculture and tourism are the two dominant industries on Öland.
About you
We are looking for someone with a strong interest in business, who is attentive and understands customer needs. As a person, you are positive, outgoing, and driven by achieving results. Digital tools are a natural part of your daily life, and you have the ability to initiate, drive, and follow up sales processes to offer customers relevant solutions.
You have a strong personal drive and actively seek new knowledge, as well as the ability to adapt to new circumstances. You enjoy meeting people and engage in strengthening relationships by building trust and developing new contacts. You are unpretentious and see teamwork as essential for success.
You are also expected to be driven to participate in business networks and customer meetings to build relationships and networks.
We would prefer if you have experience from banking or another relevant background. An academic degree is a plus, as well as holding any of Swedsec's licenses.
The position is a permanent full-time employment, and a probationary period may apply.

Ölands Bank has about 50 employees, approximately 24,000 customers, and a business volume of about 21 billion SEK. Operations are conducted from our offices in Färjestaden and Borgholm.
