We are a modern and innovative company that has made rapid progress since our start in 2012. Today, Hatstore is the largest online retailer of caps and headwear in Northern Europe. With sales to 55 markets and over 20,000 different models in stock, we have a selection for everyone looking for caps, beanies, and hats. With us, you can also design your own cap, beanie, or hat, which is then refined and packed at our facility in Kalmar.

About the Role At Hatstore's finance department, we work with the entire accounting chain. 

As an accounting economist with us, you will work with a variety of tasks within finance and accounting, including:

·  Accounts receivable for both B2C and B2B

·  Accounts payable and supplier payments

·  Inventory accounting

·  Currency management

·  VAT reporting, tax, and customs issues

·  Declarations and external reporting

·  Monthly closing and budget follow-up

·  Annual closing and participation in audits

Within the team, we have partially divided areas of responsibility, but we collaborate closely and support each other in our daily work. Requirements

To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you have:

·  Relevant post-secondary education in finance or accounting

·  Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

·  Basic understanding of accounting theory and regulations

·  Ability to work in a structured manner and take responsibility for your tasks

Meritorious

It is an extra plus if you also have:

·  Experience working as an accounting economist or in a similar role

·  Experience with the business system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

·  Experience in project management or participation in improvement and development projects
